We have been working with SOS for the past few months and cannot recommend them enough. Their team is always professional and quick with a response, as well as proven to be very knowledgeable on our pneumatic tanks and blower trucks. Melissa, our rep is extremely kind and wonderful to work with. We are never stuck around waiting for updates or estimates. They are the place to go!

Posting this a little late, but it needs posted. I was working out of town, and looking to head home for Easter. The week before my turbo was giving me trouble. I called several other shops, which I won't name and was given the run around by all except these guys at SOS. It was suggested i needed a new turbo or actuator by the other shops. Oh, and by the way we can't get you in for 4-6 weeks. So I stumbled upon these guys!!! From the moment they picked up the phone they were beyond helpful and willing to help me get home to my family for the holiday. I was told there was a slight fee to get me right away. A price I was definitely willing to pay to make it home confident my truck would fail me. I pulled up and was greeted right away. Within an hour or so they had me diagnosed problem solved and on my way. Brendon, actually reached out with his personal phone shortly after I left, and asked me to let him know how the truck did. Which i failed to do 🤦‍♂️ Well Brendon, the truck did and has been doing just fine since! He also told me to call if any issues came up along my trip home. I would highly recommend SOS Truck & Trailer Repair to anyone in the area or even

Everything was overpriced parts, labor, and additional fees. The final bill was far higher than expected, with little to no clear explanation for the charges. I felt taken advantage of and pressured to pay. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Please get quotes from other places before bringing your truck here.

Justin at the front desk made dropping my truck off easy. Mikeal took care of the truck quickly and kept me updated on issues that were found along the way. Got my repairs done and yearly inspection as well. Even greased up my hoist for me without me having to mention it. Their guys went beyond what I would've expected.

I took Brendon word…he said SOS wasn’t scared of the challenge and so far so good. I’ve ran the truck hard for the first three weeks of a new rebuild and it hasn’t let me down. Guys, if I hadn’t just put $10k into the truck I don’t think I would have rebuilt the engine…but I knew what I had in the truck. If you have a truck that you know…it’s worth putting the work in to fix the truck. I could have easily went and bought someone else’s problem truck but Brendon sold me on the rebuild. I have to give it to the guy, he’s a helluva salesman.
